We are a massage therapy duo in the heart of downtown Cary. We specialized massage packages that cover a wide range of needs. Each package is available in 60, 75, and 90 minute sessions.
Our Services
Exhale - Relaxing
A massage complete with aromatherapy, optional hot stones and relaxing massage techniques like Craniosacral and more.
Great for general relaxation and Nervous system reset.
This session is performed by Amanda
Deeper Breath- Therapeutic
A massage unique to you and your goals. Can include things like CBD cream, cupping, and therapeutic massage techniques. Great for minor aches and pains. If you are undecided chose this one.
This session is performed by both Rachael and Amanda.
Sigh of relief - Medical
Medical massage uses specialized massage knowledge to address complex massage needs. Can include prenatal, lymphatic, oncology massage and more.
Great for anything more complex than everyday aches and pains.
This session is performed by Rachael
Breathe together- Couples massage
Enjoy the benefits of massage with a loved one. This side by side massage is great for people who like to relax together.
Please note that times for couples massages are currently limited. We will work together to find a time that works for you.
Breath of life- Energetic bodywork and reiki
This can be included with any of the above sessions or on its own. This looks different for each Massage therapist. If you would like to read more about that click here.
Pricing
All of our massage packages are the same price. Any add-ons are included.

75 minute massage: 150$
90 minute massage: 180$

We price our massages and how much we value our work. Because of this tips are unnecessary but are appreciated.
